Wellness Seminars will be geared to the needs of the group, and can include the following:
Movement assessments, proper workplace ergonomics, stretches aimed at reducing desk-based musculoskeletal deterioration. Typically, this is tight and overactive anterior musculature, and atrophied and lengthened posterior musculature, and tight hips.
Enhancing individual potential and thus professional achievement by building a self-defined wellness plan which encourages self assessment of goals and progress.
Heart health programs geared toward understanding risk factors, questions to ask your doctor, and simple and effective nutritional and lifestyle changes.
Bodily-kinesthetic activities, gym-based as well as outside of the gym programs with emphasis on gaining strength, improving joint alignment, and gaining endurance in a time-saving manner.
