Our goal is to educate and empower individuals in lifetime wellness choices and sports performance enhancement. This requires a multidisciplinary approach aimed at the following:

- Creating athleticism by acquiring movement efficiencies and dynamic flexibility
- Executing a lifetime nutrition, athletics, and wellness strategy
This is accomplished through movement assessments, application of remedial exercises and technical lifts, instilling the precise movement skills necessary to generate athleticism and longevity in sport and life without sacrificing challenge and enjoyment! Our clients will gain lifelong wellness tools, allowing them to continue on a course of high achievement that will permeate school, work and sporting pursuits.
Sports Performance Training for Individuals and Groups: build strength, balance, power, and agility by utilizing remedial exercises to target underactive muscle groups, and technical lifts and stretches to enhance structural integrity. We will also feature Mobility Based Fitness (as Mink presented in Outside Magazine, August 2009) to help improve muscular balance and athleticism in an innovative way using obstacles and new tools to activate primary movement skills. Novices to aspiring athletes are all welcome!
Functional Movement Testing, including components of FMS and Injury Prevention: baseline assessments take 2-5 sessions and help us refine our approach according to the individual’s needs and enhance the technical and biomechanical aspects of jumping, landing, cutting, decelerating, as well as shoulder injury prevention. All individual training sessions begin with the assessment.
Nutritional Programs: accelerate your physical and intellectual wellbeing by learning what to eat and when, relying on sound choices using real, raw, nutrient dense foods and time saving techniques.
Wellness Consultations: engaging discussions designed to improve the functional capacity of your workers through Functional Movement Testing, enhancing heart health, promoting sound workplace ergonomics, improving nutrition for improved focus, and other topics.
